These terms govern your use of the Cleot website (cleot.com) and the Cleot managed package for Salesforce. By using our website or installing our package, you agree to these terms.
The Cleot managed package
Cleot is distributed as a managed package through the Salesforce AppExchange. Your use of the package is also subject to the Salesforce AppExchange Terms of Use and your Salesforce Master Subscription Agreement.
What Cleot does
Cleot captures campaign interactions within your Salesforce org and attributes revenue to campaigns using built-in or custom attribution models. All processing happens inside your Salesforce instance.
Your data
You retain full ownership of your Salesforce data. Cleot does not access, copy, or transmit your data outside of your Salesforce org. Attribution calculations run using native Salesforce triggers and batch processes within your instance.
Website use
Acceptable use
You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from our site
- Submit false information through our forms
Content
All content on cleot.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Cleot and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, you agree to provide accurate contact information. We will use this information only to schedule and conduct your demo, and to follow up as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
Cleot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The managed package will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Attribution calculations will match any specific methodology or expected outcome
- The website will be available at all times
Attribution models are analytical tools that distribute credit based on rules you configure. Results reflect the model and data quality, not absolute truth.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cleot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or managed package.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or package after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cleot operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
