Cleot (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website cleot.com and the Cleot managed package for Salesforce. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information you provide
- Demo requests and contact forms: Name, email address, company, job title, and any message you submit through our forms.
- Account information: If you install Cleot from the Salesforce AppExchange, Salesforce shares basic org and contact information as part of the installation process.
Information collected automatically
- Website analytics: We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, time on site, and referral source. This data is collected only with your consent via our cookie banner.
- Cookies: We use essential cookies for site functionality and optional analytics and marketing cookies that require your consent. You can manage your preferences at any time through the cookie settings on our site.
How we use your information
- To respond to demo requests and support inquiries
- To improve our website and product
- To send product updates (only if you opt in)
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Your Salesforce data
Cleot runs entirely inside your Salesforce org as a managed package. We do not access, store, or transmit your Salesforce data. All attribution calculations happen within your org using native Salesforce infrastructure. Your CRM data never leaves your Salesforce instance.
Data retention
- Form submissions: We retain demo request and contact form data for as long as needed to respond and follow up. You can request deletion at any time.
- Analytics data: Anonymized analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default retention settings.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for analytics cookies at any time
- Opt out of any marketing communications
